the location is convenient , since it is close to the subway.

the room lacked basic amenities , such as water bottles and an intercom. contacting staff required using a qr code to access a messaging system , and response times were slow. the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and were not very cute.

the location was excellent. it was very close to the tube station making travel simple. the breakfast options were excellent. the staff stored our luggage when we arrived early. this was very helpful.

the bathroom lacked sufficient hooks for towels. i also found there were no hand towels provided. i would have liked more space to hang my toiletries.

The rooms were not good. The bathroom especially left something to be desired. it felt cramped and not well kept. also, the receptionist wasn't very cute. i seemed like my concerns about the room weren't adequately addressed, frustrating.

The room was quite small. No fridge was provided. there were also no shelves or a wardrobe for storing clothes or personal items. i had to keep my belongings in my luggage under the tiny table next to the bed. this lack of storage.
